The place deserved 4 stars. Location: the hotel was close enough to the mountains outside the town, a very quiet location ideal for hiking and skiing. It was a super close walk to The Gorgeous Kitchen, where you can have lunch.

The room was incredibly spacious and impeccably clean, and the staff were really friendly. I had a great time enjoying the amazing location in a relatively quiet area. 😊.

The spacious room with two balconies offered a stunning view of the mountains, perfect for relaxation. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the fact that it is pet-friendly was a huge bonus. The hotel's location, surrounded by nature, provided a peaceful and quiet escape. I only wish I could have stayed longer to fully enjoy the awesome facilities such as the bar/lounge area and restaurant. a mind-blowing experience with exceptional service and a breathtaking view.

Christmas at this hotel was a festive experience. We enjoyed the Christmas lights and decorations throughout the premises. the location of the hotel offered great views of the surrounding mountains and easy access to hiking trails. the staff was friendly and responsive to our needs.

We had trouble regulating the temperature and ended up having to wear multiple layers to keep warm.

Spent a lovely Christmas at this hotel with stunning views of the Alps from our room. The staff members were very friendly, and always went above and beyond to help us during our stay. We particularly enjoyed the swimming pool and the serene gardens surrounding the property. We also appreciated the free upgrade to a junior suite with a nice view.

While we found the breakfast to be satisfactory, there is room for improvement, as it did not meet the standard of a four-star hotel. Another drawback was the old-fashioned equipment in the bathroom, as there were no curtains while showering, which made it difficult to keep the water from splashing everywhere.
